Right to Cancel or Refund Order
WHYSUPPS reserves the right to cancel or refund orders before dispatching for delivery, even if the order was previously accepted. Examples of this scenario, but not limited to, could be where:
WHYSUPPS suppliers are unable to supply goods that they previously promised to supply.
An event beyond WHYSUPPS control (e.g., pandemic, terrorism, act of God) prevents WHYSUPPS from supplying the Goods within a reasonable time frame.
Typographical errors related to product descriptions, prices, or images have been identified on the website.
Orders are flagged for auditing purposes (to protect against potential financial fraud). In these cases, additional documentation may be required from the customer. Failure to provide this information within a reasonable time frame may result in order cancellation.
In the event of an order being cancelled, customers will have the following compensation options (if the order is eligible for a refund):
Full refund for the original amount of the order to the original form of payment.
Gift card for the original amount of the order plus an extra amount at our discretion.
Modifying Orders
During sitewide sales, customers have 1 hour to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. Order modifications include changes to products, flavours, and shipping addresses. Participation Disclaimer

By allowing user-generated content on the site, WHYSUPPS acts as a passive conduit and does not assume liability for the content. However, WHYSUPPS reserves the right to block or remove content that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be:
(a) Abusive, defamatory, or obscene. (b) Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading. (c) In violation of a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right. (d) Offensive or otherwise unacceptable.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from us online. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product within 30 days from the date of shipment. If the product has been opened, damaged, or used in any way, we reserve the right to deny your return request.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your contact details and delivery address prior to completing your purchase. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at 0466 176 622. After your order is fulfilled, it becomes your responsibility to resolve the issue with the courier service. WHYSUPPS is not liable for products lost due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For incorrect purchases or exchanges of unopened products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us within 30 days at Ford@whysupps.com.au to initiate a return. Items must be:
Unopened and unused.
In original packaging.
Accompanied by a valid invoice or order number.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Opened or consumed products are not eligible for returns.
Freight Protection (Optional)
We offer optional Freight Protection for additional peace of mind. If your order is lost or damaged during transit and you have purchased Freight Protection, we will replace the item(s) or issue a gift card. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photographic evidence. Contact us at Ford@whysupps.com.au for assistance.
Freight Protection does not cover:
Items stolen after confirmed delivery.
Negligence or fraudulent claims by the customer.
Orders without Freight Protection are not eligible for compensation for loss or damage during transit.
